Устанавливали циркониевые коронки и делали пломбирование. Работа была выполнена быстро и качественно — вместо обещанных 6 дней лечение завершили всего за 3 дня. Результатом очень довольны, качество работы нравится. Надеемся, что новые зубы прослужат долго. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. Отдельная благодарность переводчице Юле — настоящая умничка! С ней весь процесс прошёл без стресса, легко и спокойно: она быстро переводила и подробно отвечала на все интересующие нас вопросы. We had zirconia crowns placed and fillings done. The work was completed quickly and efficiently — instead of the expected 6 days, the treatment was finished in just 3 days. We are very satisfied with the result and the quality of the work. We hope the new teeth will last for many years. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the interpreter Yulia — she was wonderful! With her help, the whole process was stress-free, easy, and smooth. She translated quickly and answered all of our questions in detail.

I would say this clinic has very good service. I was there on march and I had transfer all the time, it make more comfortable. Also good stuff works in clinic, kind, helpful and positive. I’ll be back in 6 months again. I hope everything will be perfect.

Le résultat obtenu est tout simplement parfait et correspond exactement à mes attentes.Mes remerciements s'adressent également à l'ensemble des assistants dentaires et au personnel d'accueil, Service de transport et tout le personnel en général. votre accueil toujours chaleureux ont rendu chacun de mes rendez-vous particulièrement agréables( de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, de l'hôtel à la clinique) ce qui est très précieux. C’est grâce à la cohésion et à l'implication de tout votre groupe qu'une telle prise en charge est possible.Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre clinique autour de moi, et pour tout ceux qui cherchent un lieu sûr et adéquat pour des implants et soins dentaires......Vous pouvez être fiers de l’excellence de votre clinique. My experience was amazing! All staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Denis. I am also very thankful to my surgeon Dr. Murat who did his job very quickly and professionally, didn’t have any pain or discomfort after surgery as well. All job was done in less than 2 hours. I’m very glad to choose Autora clinic.

If you want to ruin your teeth, this is the place to go. I travelled to Istanbul from Australia for dental treatment not because of dental problems, but to preserve and strengthen my teeth. My teeth were in good condition, and I wanted a conservative, protective approach. Based on a written agreement, E-max crowns were confirmed in advance. Only after international travel, hotel costs and time off work was I informed that E-max crowns would not be provided and that zirconia crowns would be used instead. No one explained how much healthy tooth structure would be removed. On the first day, all teeth were aggressively prepared, despite the fact that they were healthy, leaving me with no realistic option to stop treatment. Instead of proper medical explanations, I was repeatedly told "everything will be fine." Requests to consult another doctor were refused. The quality of work is unacceptable. Dr Giyas did not check crown fit at any stage - not during try-in, not during cementation, and not after placement. No floss was performed. As a result, crowns do not properly fit or seal, leaving gaps where food constantly gets trapped. When I raised these issues, the clinic refused responsibility and told me to "come back and redo it." For an international patient, this is not a solution. The obvious question remains: why wasn’t this done correctly the first time? During removal of temporary crowns, a tooth and root filling were damaged, requiring re-treatment. Part of a tooth was chipped. Wisdom teeth were extracted traumatically, with pieces of bone removed. Despite a professional appearance and organised transfers, appearance does not equal medical quality. The outcome does not meet what was promised or any acceptable standard of care. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
